We are now seeking a personal assistant for night shift work at approximately 60% for one of our young people in Karlstad. About Me: I am a cheerful and social 15-year-old boy living with my family and our dog in Karlstad. During weekdays I attend school, and in my free time I enjoy various activities depending on how I'm feeling and what I'm interested in. I'm very passionate about music and film, as well as things happening in my surroundings. My functional variations mean I need constant supervision and support around the clock in different ways. Work tasks include: Transfers Medication management Tube feeding Inhalations Training/stretching Standing assistance Orthoses/corset We are Looking for You If You: Have experience in personal assistance or care and support work Are reliable, stable, and responsible Have good teamwork skills and enjoy working as part of a team Are attentive, flexible, and take initiative Have strong Swedish language skills, both spoken and written Since the work involves close collaboration with colleagues, family, and healthcare staff, it's important that you are communicative and can follow instructions both verbally and in writing. We would appreciate if you have some life experience and personal maturity that creates trust and stability in the role. You Also Need to: Be a non-smoker Not be allergic to dogs (there is a dog in the home) About the Position: Approximately 60% night shifts (occasional evening shifts per month may be needed) Work every other weekend on schedule Double assistance during work shifts Thorough introduction to help you feel confident in the role We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
