Night Shift Warehouse Work in Tyresö

We at Submit are now looking for a warehouse employee for our partner in Stockholm. About our partner Our partner is a leading supplier in the sushi industry and prepares and delivers products to sushi restaurants throughout Sweden. We are now looking for an expediting and warehouse employee who wants to become an important part of the operation and work with deliveries, warehouse management, and internal logistics. Job Responsibilities As an expediting employee, you are responsible for ensuring that the right products reach the customer at the right time. You work closely with production and transportation departments and play an important role in the daily workflow. Your responsibilities include: • Wrap and prepare pallets for transport • Transport pallets between production and transportation • Handle incoming and outgoing deliveries • Inspect and organize goods • Work with handheld devices and register information in systems • Ensure that expediting is organized and that the right goods are in the right place • Other relevant tasks within expediting and warehouse operations The work takes place at a fast pace, and it is important that you can stay calm, prioritize correctly, and maintain a good overview of operations. Profile We are looking for someone who is organized, responsible, and enjoys a role where things move quickly. You need to be able to take own initiative and see what needs to be done without always needing instructions. We would appreciate if you have a natural ability to lead and distribute work, even though this role does not involve formal personnel responsibility. You are: • Thorough and responsible • Comfortable working at a fast pace • Good at planning and prioritizing • Skilled at creating and maintaining a good overview • Self-driven and take initiative • A team player who contributes to a good work environment • Punctual with high attendance • Comfortable working with handheld devices and digital systems Requirements • Forklift certification A • Previous experience in warehouse, expediting, or similar work • Good computer skills and experience working with handheld devices • Swedish in speech and writing • Comfortable working at a fast pace Merits • Forklift certification B • Previous experience in food production or logistics • Experience in a supervisory role or team leader responsibility Work Hours Work hours are 03:00–12:00.
