Göstorpsgården is a private psychiatric residential facility in Laholm that offers both short-term housing and housing with special services (BMSS). We work with a person-centered approach where safety, participation, and individual support are at the core of our operations. We are now seeking night staff who are passionate about caring for our residents and creating a safe and supportive environment. This is a temporary position. The role includes: Care and supervision of residents during the night Support with anxiety or sleep problems Alarm handling and documentation We are looking for someone with a strong interest in providing compassionate and secure support to people with psychiatric challenges. A calm and empathetic approach is essential in this work.
