About the role
As a National Recruiter at Adecco, you'll be part of our central business support function and have the opportunity to work broadly with recruitment for some of our largest clients. You'll support our offices throughout Sweden and be responsible for the entire recruitment process, from search and selection to interviews and candidate presentations. The focus is primarily on professional-level positions, giving you the opportunity to work with a variety of roles and candidates.
This role is perfect for someone who wants to develop within recruitment while taking on significant responsibility. You'll work closely with candidates, clients, and internal colleagues, becoming an important part of ensuring a professional and high-quality recruitment process. In addition to daily recruitment work, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to developing and improving our methods and processes. This gives you a varied role where you both drive your own recruitment processes and help shape how we work going forward.

Your main responsibilities will include:
Manage the entire recruitment process for professional-level positions
Search and candidate matching
Job advertising and selection
Competency-based interviews
Candidate presentations
Participate in development projects to streamline methods, processes, and procedures
Coach and train colleagues in internal and external systems
This position is 75%, with working hours Monday to Friday 08:00–15:00. We offer a 6-month consulting contract with a good chance of extension. You can choose to work from either Stockholm or Uppsala. Desired start date is immediately.
About you
We're looking for someone with post-secondary education in HR, personnel science, or similar, and a basic understanding of the entire recruitment process. You have an interest in competency matching, search, and selection, and want to continue developing within recruitment.
You are structured, self-driven, and business-minded, and have an easy way of building trust when working with candidates, clients, and colleagues. You thrive with multiple processes running simultaneously, are good at prioritizing, and take responsibility for driving your recruitment efforts forward.
As a person, you are unpretentious, proactive, and solution-oriented. You appreciate collaboration and enjoy sharing your knowledge, while also being comfortable working independently. You contribute with commitment and positive energy and thrive in a team where people help each other and work together toward common goals.
