Prima Vård is developing and strengthening vaccination services within primary care and is seeking a Business Development Manager, Vaccination, to lead this work nationally. The goal is for regional assignments, recommended vaccinations, and privately paid vaccination services to become a natural part of our primary care. What are we offering you? As a Business Development Manager, Vaccination, you will be instrumental in developing our national vaccination concept and ensuring that vaccination becomes an integrated part of primary care in the future. This is a role for someone who wants to combine business development, operational development, and care-focused change management. The role is strategic but requires strong operational commitment. You need to be comfortable switching between developing long-term approaches and solving concrete day-to-day challenges with the operations team. You will work closely with Regional Managers and Operations Managers. Vaccination services are an integrated part of each clinic, and the Operations Manager is responsible for local operations, including finances, work environment, staffing, and patient safety. Your role is to create conditions for success through concept development, analysis, support, monitoring, and development of shared approaches. You will work nationally across 14 regions, combining national direction with understanding of local needs and conditions. The Primary Care Business Area has approximately 80 clinics and around 500,000 registered patients across 14 regions. Through our existing organization, we have a strong platform to develop accessible, high-quality, and sustainable vaccination services close to patients. The role is located within the Primary Care Business Area and you report to the Business Area Manager. Your main responsibilities · Develop and manage Prima Vård's national vaccination concept and support Regional Managers and Operations Managers through working methods, tools, and key metrics that strengthen quality and local ownership. · Increase accessibility, quality, and capacity in vaccination, and contribute to developing offerings, product range, and pricing. · Build partnerships with suppliers and other external stakeholders. · Strengthen patient communication and digital solutions that simplify patients' path to vaccination. · Monitor developments in vaccination, preventive health, and primary care, and drive national improvement initiatives in dialogue with the operations teams. Who are we looking for? We are seeking someone with experience in business development within healthcare, health services, or related service sectors, and who is accustomed to creating results through others. You thrive in a role where you combine analysis and strategy with close collaboration with the operational team. With a business-driven approach, you are experienced in developing analyses, business plans, and decision-making materials. You understand what creates development and profitability, while respecting healthcare's requirements for quality, patient safety, and professional responsibility. Unpretentiousness and the ability to switch between strategic perspective and practical implementation are central to you, as is the insight that success is created through close collaboration with the local operations. Leading initiatives and change management without formal personnel responsibility is something you are experienced with, and you have an easy time building trust both with the operations team and with external suppliers. As an initiative-driven, relationship-building, and solution-oriented person, you enjoy creating structure in a development phase and get energy from building together with others. You see clear benefits to working data-driven. Beyond vaccination, the role may over time include other projects, and we are seeking someone who is comfortable with the role evolving and expanding over time. Experience with vaccination, primary care, or other healthcare operations is a merit. Clinical background, for example as a nurse or physician, is equally a merit but not a requirement. Job details This is a permanent full-time position with a six-month probationary period. Prima Vård has collective agreements through Vårdföretagarna. Start date is by agreement and the position is based at our office by Centralstationen in Malmö. A driver's license is required and there may be some travel as part of the role. You report to the Business Area Manager for Primary Care and work closely with the Regional Managers and Operations teams across the entire business area.
