Main duties As a close protection soldier, you work within the framework of your own section. You actively work to develop operational and working environment issues. You, together with your colleagues, ensure that we achieve the results we seek and also ensure that this happens in the most efficient way within the framework we have to follow. As a close protection soldier, you actively work to maintain and develop your soldier skills, your physical fitness and your ability to work together with other members of the department. Act in the role of assistant to train your colleagues. Qualifications Completed military basic training or national service with satisfactory grades. Swedish citizenship. Class B driver's license. Passed FM Fyss supplementary requirements level 4. Passed supplementary physical test: 10km run with competitive result (approximately 48 minutes) Dips with competitive result (approximately 15 repetitions) Chins with competitive result (approximately 12 repetitions) Bench press with own body weight as a guideline (approximately 3 repetitions) Knee bends with own body weight as a guideline (approximately 10 repetitions) Passed trial elements. Meritorious Experience and/or training in a management position in the Swedish Armed Forces. Trained security guard. Experience and/or training as a combat medic, paramedic or higher medical training. Experience in IBSS and/or TPSS service. Experience as a drone operator, sharpshooter, marksman, communications operator or support marksman. A, BE, C, CI, CE, C1E driver's license Trained unit commander with satisfactory results. Military driver's license for light all-terrain vehicle, trailer, snowmobile and/or quad bike. Personal qualities We are looking for someone who is confident, professional, unpretentious, has high personal maturity and can put the team before yourself in your role as a soldier. You can work with other people at different levels and build and maintain trustworthy relationships. You have a good ability to solve problems that arise and find alternative solutions to the tasks we face. You enjoy working independently as well as in groups. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability. Other information We cannot guarantee pet-free premises. The employment is a military position GSS/K until further notice, full-time with a 6-month probationary period for those not employed by the Swedish Armed Forces. Travel occurs during service.
