We are now seeking engaged music producers who want to help build the label from the ground up. About the Role As a producer at JME Records, you will: Produce music for our artists Collaborate with artists, bands, and songwriters Contribute with arrangements, mix preparation, and creative development Be an important part in building the record label Compensation This is a royalty-based collaboration. No fixed salary is provided. Compensation is made according to a producer agreement and is based on an agreed royalty split from the songs you contribute to.
