You will teach in an environment where strong relationships, participation, safety, and respect are central parts of instruction. Main Responsibilities Plan, conduct, and evaluate music instruction using pedagogical methods that promote learning, creativity, and musical development. Adapt instruction based on students' different needs, circumstances, and abilities. Create opportunities for students to develop their knowledge in singing, instrumental playing, music creation, and other aspects of music. Collaborate with colleagues and other professionals to create a safe, inclusive, and accessible learning environment. Support students in developing self-confidence, cooperation skills, and the ability to express themselves through music. Actively contribute to the school's systematic quality work and the development of instruction. Requirements We are seeking someone with experience teaching music and a strong commitment to student learning and development. You need to have a strong ability to adapt instruction based on students' different needs and circumstances, and be confident in your pedagogical leadership. It is a merit if you hold teacher certification and have experience working with students who need comprehensive and sustained support services. We would appreciate if you have knowledge of special education approaches and experience adapting instruction, learning environment, and interactions based on students' individual needs and circumstances. Employment Type, Extent, and Start Date Employment Type: temporary substitute position Extent: 60–80% The substitute position is valid until the end of the term, with the possibility of extension based on the operation's needs. The position comprises 60% within Lommaren's Principal Area, with the possibility of an additional 20% at another school within Norrtälje Municipality.
