JOB RESPONSIBILITIES One of our music teachers is going on parental leave, and we are therefore seeking a substitute at 85-100% for approximately 1 year. Are you a qualified music teacher and would like to work at a school with motivated students and a well-developed music program? Then this job is for you! At Kvarnbyskolan in Mölndal, you will teach music at the upper secondary level. Working as a teacher with us includes responsibility for planning, implementation, and documentation, as well as mentoring. Your assignment also includes working together with your colleagues to create conditions for student learning development to meet curriculum objectives and to work for a safe and stimulating learning environment for all students. Together with your colleague, you will also lead the school's voluntary music instruction with students from across the school. The work also includes running music projects, organizing concerts, and similar tasks. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who is qualified to teach music to students in grades 7–9. As a person, you have good collaborative skills and enjoy working together with colleagues. You have an inclusive approach and the ability to build good relationships. You take initiative and are driven. You have good knowledge of technical equipment and instruments. We want you to be experienced in using digital tools in music instruction.
