JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Björkskolan in Skruv and Lustigkulla School in Kosta are two F6 schools with a combined total of approximately 115 students. The schools are characterized by small scale, high safety, and good study environment. Teaching is based on a formative approach and language and knowledge development methods, and we work closely with students to create good conditions for learning and development. As a music teacher in primary school, you are responsible for teaching music in grades F6 at two of the municipality's schools. Teaching is planned and conducted in accordance with the curriculum and adapted to students' age and abilities, with a focus on musical development, creativity, ensemble playing, and joy of creation. You create a safe, structured, and inspiring learning environment where students have the opportunity to develop their musical abilities through singing, instruments, rhythm, and music listening. Teaching is characterized by clear leadership and a formative approach that supports students' learning. The work involves collaboration with colleagues and work teams at both schools as well as responsibility for planning, documentation, and assessment of students' knowledge development. The position is based at two schools and can be combined with other work within Lessebo Municipality, such as additional teaching, student-focused work, or other pedagogical activities, depending on qualifications and organizational needs.
