Do you want to be part of developing Åsele - the inland countryside of the future? Children and Education is seeking an engaged music teacher for Åsele Central School. Job Duties You will primarily teach music classes in grades 5-9 and participate in musical arrangements organized by the school. You will also serve as a mentor to a group of students in grades 7-9 and be part of the upper secondary school team. Qualifications Working with learning at our school means working together with others. You must have the ability to work in a team and be able to implement the school's vision in daily work. We are looking for a licensed music teacher who can play and teach piano and singing. The ability to play guitar is a plus. You are engaged and dare to think in new ways with the student's best interests in mind. Scope The position is a permanent employment with a probationary period. The position covers 50-60% with great opportunity to work more. Start date August 12, 2026, or by agreement if required decisions are made.
