Our organization in Nyköpings municipality Our F-9 organization consists of 17 primary schools and 3 adapted primary schools. In each rector's area there is a rector, several assistant rectors and a student health team where various professions are included. With schools in rural areas and in urban centers, we work to increase equity and integration at and between schools as well as strengthen the quality of municipal primary education. It is about giving all students - regardless of school - the same opportunities for education and development. The focus in recent years has been to develop a plan for systematic quality work and a common language development approach for the entire organization. It is important to us that at both management and operational levels, time is devoted to working on our common issues, which is why there is scheduled time each week at each school for conferences, development work, collaboration projects and more. About the Adapted Primary School rector's area In Nyköpings municipality there are three adapted primary schools that together form a common rector's area: Two lower and middle school One upper secondary school Together we create a whole where each student is given the opportunity to develop based on their individual prerequisites. JOB DUTIES As a music teacher at adapted primary school, Långbergsskolan and Alpha, you will plan, teach and evaluate instruction for our students in upper secondary grades. You work systematically and develop your teaching and learning environment, which contributes to raising the quality of instruction for our students. Our students study both subjects and subject areas and are at different developmental levels. Students are in smaller classes and are divided during certain lessons into smaller groups. Instruction may need to be individualized but always with the goal of reaching the entire group over time through differentiated instruction. In the work team there are teachers and other teaching assistants that you work closely with. Together with a team of teaching assistants you will guide our students in the right direction and provide our students with good music instruction. You are solution-focused and flexible in your work and seek the best possible ways to reach all students through an inclusive approach. QUALIFICATIONS You who apply should be confident with teaching processes and structured in your work approach. You who apply should have knowledge and experience teaching students with intellectual disabilities and other disabilities. It is an advantage if you have experience leading other employees/colleagues and have qualities such as being attentive and patient.
