DUTIES
In your role as music teacher, you are responsible for planning, implementing, and following up on instruction, both independently and in collaboration with colleagues. You actively work to meet each student based on their prerequisites and needs, with the goal of promoting knowledge development and goal achievement. Together with the work team, you contribute to developing and maintaining the school's values and approach to knowledge, where active and conscious values work is a natural part of daily operations. You demonstrate commitment and initiative and participate in the school's systematic quality work.
In this role, you contribute to creating a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment. You work to motivate students and strengthen their will and ability to learn. You are well familiar with the school's governing documents and ensure that documentation is carried out according to applicable requirements.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for someone who has teacher certification and authorization to teach the subjects included in the position. Those with other pedagogical education that the employer considers equivalent are also welcome to apply. In such cases, the employment may be limited-term.
You have good ability to communicate and collaborate with colleagues, students, guardians, and other professionals you meet in your role.
Furthermore, you have good knowledge of the elementary school's governing documents and experience working according to them, as well as documentation and follow-up in accordance with applicable requirements.

Salary form: Monthly salary.
Employment type: Permanent position.
Duration: Indefinite, start date: October 5, 2026 or by agreement.
