Then we might be looking for you! 1 position(s). JOB RESPONSIBILITIES As a music teacher, you are responsible for planning, evaluating, and following up your teaching in grades F-6. You lead an exciting subject where students get the chance to open their creative sides and create connections. You are part of a team where you work together with colleagues to follow established goals and continuously work to develop our operations. At Prismaskolan, music plays an important role in our traditions and you are expected to lead and organize musical performances at these occasions, such as Lucia celebrations, school closings, and Christmas celebrations. Other main job tasks include: • documentation related to student development • grading for grade 6 • collaborating with guardians, colleagues, and any external authorities and organizations • participating in and contributing to joint school activities You have great freedom to design teaching as you wish and opportunity to take your own initiatives. It is important that you have good knowledge of the school's governing documents and can drive your work independently. QUALIFICATIONS To be considered for this position, you must have teacher certification with authorization to teach music in grades F-6. We are looking for someone who is passionate about music and learning. You enjoy working in a teaching role and you understand that everyone has different conditions and learns in different ways. In your work, we hope you are creative and willing to try new approaches to meet students' needs and interests. You enjoy collaboration and do so willingly. You think holistically and want everyone to have the best possible experience, always. Previous teaching experience is a merit.
