Music Teacher

Drottningholmskolan is a small, pleasant grades K–6 school with approximately 95 students and small classes. The school is beautifully situated in Ekerö's culturally rich environment, 10 minutes by car or bus from Brommaplan. We place great emphasis on social goals, and there is a good and secure atmosphere between students and educators. We are now seeking a music teacher for middle grades with a position of 10%. We are looking for you who are trained as a music teacher and have teaching experience. Knowledge of and interest in Waldorf pedagogy is advantageous. Your responsibilities include independently planning, conducting, and evaluating instruction for your student groups. As a teacher, you work to promote each student's development and learning. You are responsible for creating good relationships with students, parents, and colleagues. You need to be confident and stable in yourself and have well-developed pedagogical skills. You also need to have a good understanding of students' different learning requirements. This position is subject to background check, and applicants must provide a certificate from the police register of criminal convictions before employment. We welcome your application!
