Today we manage over one million square meters in the form of schools, care facilities, and cultural and recreational facilities.
Within Building Services, we repair, build new, expand, and adapt premises for the needs of the municipality's operations. Together we work daily to create a safe, secure, and well-functioning city.
We are now seeking a temporary bricklayer/tile setter and hope you want to become part of our team!
Your Tasks
As a bricklayer/tile setter, you will work with maintenance, repairs, and new installations in the municipality's managed properties, such as schools, preschools, nursing homes, sports facilities, and administrative offices.
Your main tasks include:
Bricklaying work on renovations, maintenance, and repairs.
Placement and laying of tiles, clinker, and other ceramic materials.
Renovation of wet rooms according to current industry standards.
Repair of damaged surfaces, joints, and masonry.
Preparatory work such as demolition, base work, and leveling.
Contribution to minor renovation and adaptation projects.
Quality control and documentation of completed work.
Collaboration with other craftspeople, property technicians, and project managers.
About You
We are looking for someone who holds a bricklayer/tile setter trade certificate and has several years of experience in the trade. You also need to have a B-category driver's license and good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written.

Additional Information
The position is a temporary full-time role, starting as soon as possible by agreement until August 25, 2028.
