About the role
As project management director, you are responsible for leading, coaching, and developing our project managers. You ensure clear working methods, efficient resource planning, and strong customer focus. Together with sales, production, and other parts of the organization, you create the conditions for quality, profitability, and very satisfied customers.
Your responsibilities
· Lead, coach, and develop the project management team
· Manage resource planning, prioritization, and competence development
· Ensure effective processes, routines, and working methods
· Monitor quality, delivery capability, profitability, and customer satisfaction
· Create close and well-functioning collaboration with sales and production
· Drive change and improvement initiatives
· Actively contribute to the business's development and growth
We are looking for you if you
· Have previous leadership experience, preferably with personnel responsibility
· Have experience in project management, client responsibility, or similar roles
· Are clear, coaching, and engaging as a leader
· Have a business-minded, structured, and results-oriented working approach
· Have the ability to create engagement, accountability, and collaboration
It is a merit if you have experience in graphic production, communication, or related fields.
