You are responsible for budget, schedule, quality, and on-time delivery—from planning to execution. The role also involves leading and supporting other consultants and ensuring that our deliverables meet the client's requirements and technical standards. Assignments vary from smaller local projects to larger, long-term, and complex projects spanning several years. In your role, you collaborate closely with the client, other technical areas, and various stakeholders to create integrated and sustainable solutions that meet project needs. You will be based at one of our offices in Piteå or Luleå. Qualifications We're looking for someone with a high school diploma, university degree, or civil engineering degree in infrastructure and urban planning, or equivalent relevant work experience. You have at least three years of experience as a project manager or project lead, have worked on multidisciplinary projects, and want to take on a more senior role leading complex projects and mentoring others. You have strong knowledge of economics and business acumen and experience managing budgets and resources with sound financial insight. We also see that you have good knowledge of the laws, standards, and technical guidelines governing the industry, and that you can ensure our projects comply with applicable regulations and maintain high technical quality. To succeed in this role, you need strong Swedish and English language skills, both spoken and written, as you will collaborate with both national and international partners. Since we work continuously with international partners, it's advantageous if you have experience leading employees in other countries. Work experience as an entrepreneur or with our clients is advantageous.
