We're growing rapidly and are now strengthening our sales team with driven meeting bookers.
About the Role
As a meeting booker, you're the first voice the customer hears. You call private homeowners, generate interest in our services, and book qualified meetings for our salespeople. Then they take over – and that's where it gets really interesting for you:
Our salespeople are among the best in the industry and have a very high close rate. That means the meetings you book actually turn into deals – and deals turn into commission in your pocket. You book, we close, you earn.
You can work full-time or part-time, from our office in Stockholm (Solna) or Malmö – or completely or partially from home. You control your own time; what matters is the result.

About the Salary – Honestly: This position is an employment contract with commission-only pay (no base salary). It suits you if you believe in your own ability and want your effort – not a time stamp – to determine what you earn. The range of 30,000–75,000 kr gross/month is the average income in the team; top performers earn more.
We're Looking for You If You
• Speak fluent Swedish and are comfortable and clear on the phone
• Are goal-oriented, energetic, and enjoy competing – mainly against yourself
• Are self-driven and disciplined, especially if you want to work remotely
• Have experience with meeting booking or telemarketing – a plus but not required. The right attitude always matters most to us
