About the Position: We are now seeking a driven and communicative meeting scheduler who wants to be an important part of our sales and marketing department. In the role of meeting scheduler, you will be the hub between our departments and responsible for generating qualified leads for our financial advisors. Your main responsibilities: - Proactively contact potential customers via phone and email. - Identify and qualify leads based on the company's needs and potential. - Schedule meetings between potential customers and our financial advisors. - Document and update customer information in our CRM system. - Collaborate with the marketing department to optimize lead generation. - Stay updated on our services and industry trends within the financial sector. We are looking for you who: - Are an outgoing and communicative person with a positive attitude. - Have experience in meeting scheduling, sales, or similar work within the financial sector (desirable). - Are results-oriented and have a strong drive to reach set goals. - Have good computer skills and experience with CRM systems. - Are thorough, structured, and have good organizational skills. - Have strong communication skills in speech and writing. - Are interested in the financial sector and want to learn more about invoice financing services.
