About the Role As a meeting coordinator, you're part of a team working to both expand and update our customer management system. It's a very important role that is both business and service-oriented toward customers such as agents. You will analyze customer needs and deliver solutions through our products and services. Your primary tasks include prospecting for new potential customers as well as following up with existing customers and booking client meetings. The phone will be your best friend! The position is approximately 25–35% (around 10–15 hours/week) and you work on an hourly rate plus commission. About You We're looking for someone who enjoys a fast pace, is goal-oriented, proactive, has great patience, and finds it easy to build trust in customer conversations. To succeed in this role with us, you need to be a team player who collaborates well with colleagues.
