The requirements I set: - Speak and write perfect Swedish - Have completed high school - Several years of experience - Driven by commission - Enjoy working from home; you have a family situation that allows you to work remotely and earn unlimited money, however you need a home office that you are responsible for - Master TEAMS and have the Office package, learn new things easily - This gives you unlimited upside that you are comfortable with - Good voice with a fine and friendly tone Steel backbone. Never give up. Endurance. Patience. Communicate by daring to listen. You have psychological competence, meaning you can engage with people in a short time. Don't take no for an answer. You can speak Latin with the learned and speak with farmers in their own way. You need to have the gift of speech, enjoy meeting new people over the phone and genuinely help them toward a better financial future. You need to have some experience with similar tasks or something we consider equivalent, such as significant customer contact, either private or corporate. There must be a genuine interest in getting to know the person on the other end of the line. You should be able to take and handle objections, preferably with a touch of humor. You should love to sell and not be afraid to challenge your clients, all to make them understand the importance of taking a meeting to secure a better pension/financial situation. You like to convince but not to persuade, you see conversations with people as an energy boost and have your voice as your most important tool. If you succeed with this, you have a bright financial future ahead. We pay among the best in the industry, perhaps the best, as you receive a fixed fee for each booked meeting plus 10% of collected commissions paid to the broker. Additionally, there are career opportunities to become a fully qualified advisor in pensions & insurance including the relevant licenses for the position.
