About the role:
As a meeting booker, you will contact condominium associations and schedule meetings for our sales team.
Your goal is to open doors and create opportunities for new partnerships. You will work with phone and email as your primary tools and systematically follow up on your contacts.
Your responsibilities:
Proactively contact condominium associations via phone and email
Schedule meetings for our sales team
Create and maintain lists of potential customers
Follow up on previous contacts and build relationships
Work toward clear goals

Are persistent and thrive working toward results
Have a professional and pleasant phone voice
Are self-motivated and organized
Previous experience in meeting booking or sales is a merit but not a requirement – we're happy to teach you!
