We're looking for someone who is passionate about technology and manufacturing and values quality over quantity in the workplace. You are a person who takes initiative and sees what needs to be done, ready to take on tasks. Job Description You will work with manufacturing the company's products. You should be quality-focused and very thorough as you will perform inspections and follow instructions via digital checklists. You have a good understanding of technology and assembly. Ability to read, understand, and follow instructions. Knowledge of quality and measuring tools. You have a sense of responsibility for assigned tasks. Discipline and stress tolerance. You can work independently and structurally. You will have close collaboration with your team to ensure smooth workflow. Areas of Responsibility As a consultant, you are an ambassador for Yourstaff and the heart of the operation. In your role as an assembler, you will work with varied tasks, including product assembly and troubleshooting. The assembly work is focused on electrical systems and you will work with electrical schematics and final testing. Your main responsibilities are as follows: Assembly of products in accordance with instructions/standards and guidelines provided by management. Inspection of assembled products to ensure they meet prescribed quality and quality standards. You will participate in daily team meetings. Follow processes and all safety regulations and report risks/incidents to your manager. Participate in problem-solving and actively contribute suggestions for improvements/corrective actions. Contribute to maintenance of machines and equipment. Working hours are full-time and daytime. Weekend work may occur. Qualifications At least one year of assembly experience Experience reading and understanding drawings is a plus Since the work is performed standing, good physical mobility is required You have basic computer skills Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing Education High school education with training in electrical/electronics or equivalent technical education is desirable.
