About the Position
We are now seeking a technically minded and practical assembler for our client Recotech in Arboga. You will work with assembly and installation of customized technical equipment, from prototypes to small series.
The work includes both mechanical and electrical components and may also involve hydraulics and pneumatics. You work from drawings and instructions and also participate in troubleshooting, inspection, and quality assurance together with project managers and other assemblers.

Mechanical and electrical assembly and installation of technical equipment
Work with prototypes, small series, and customized solutions based on drawings and instructions
Troubleshooting, problem-solving, and quality assurance
Collaboration with project managers and other assemblers
Location: Arboga

You are meticulous, responsible, and solution-oriented. You thrive with varied tasks, are flexible, and can work both independently and as part of a team. You are curious, enjoy technical challenges, and have an aptitude for learning new work processes.
Qualifications
Experience with assembly, mechanical work, or similar practical industrial work
Good technical understanding and ability to work from drawings and instructions
Good physical condition and experience with practical work
Good Swedish language skills and basic English proficiency
Meritorious
Experience with electrical assembly, hydraulics, or pneumatics
Technical education or experience from manufacturing industry
Experience with troubleshooting
Familiarity with prototypes, small series, or customized products
