About the Client Company We are now recruiting assemblers who want to work in the defense industry! The company delivers some of the world's most advanced, technology-leading solutions in defense and security. Your Responsibilities As an assembler, you will be involved in detailed assembly and final assembly of high-tech components and subsystems in combat vehicles. The work demands high precision, quality, and professional craftsmanship and is carried out according to established manufacturing documentation, which may be in both printed and digital formats. Together with your colleagues, you are responsible for ensuring that the planned production rate is maintained. You will have many internal contacts and will gain unique expertise in the vehicles being manufactured. Your Profile We prefer that you have completed a vocational education such as automotive mechanics or other practical training. You may also have acquired this knowledge through previous work experience. Or perhaps you're simply someone who loves to tinker! As a person, you are driven and willing to learn, you are solution-focused and responsible, and you believe quality is important. Furthermore, you are thorough, organized, and want to deliver well-executed work. You are a great colleague who enjoys working together with others in a team but can also work independently. Other Information You will be employed by Konsultia and will spend your working days at our client, located centrally in Örnsköldsvik. Assignments are filled on an ongoing basis and are long-term, with the possibility of permanent employment at the client company in the future. Because the client works with defense classified information, which involves both legal requirements and special requirements from their customers, everyone working at the company must undergo a security clearance and drug test prior to employment; medical examination may also be required. The positions are full-time with working hours during daytime, 7-16, with the possibility of flexible arrangements. Due to vacation periods, no feedback will be provided until August.
