About the Job Matsman Montage is growing and needs more installers. You'll install glass sections, façade glass, railings, doors, and windows according to specifications, working alongside an experienced team. Important to know upfront: this is a traveling job. Around 90% of our projects are out in the field with overnight stays – we're rarely in Örebro. You'll work from your home location, we don't have an office you check into, and weeks are planned based on where the projects are. If you're not comfortable being away a lot, this isn't the right job for you. Practical work, fast pace, and team members support each other. We care about two things: doing it right and doing it safely. What You Need Experience in installation within glass, aluminum, or construction B-class driver's license No issues with heights, lifts, and scaffolding Willingness to work away from home most weeks Extra Plus Experience with Sapa, Schüco, Wicona, or Reynaers. Certifications in lift work, fall protection, hot work, safe lifting, or crane operations. Background in glazing. BE-class driver's license.
