Job Information Professionals Nord is seeking an Assembler in collaboration with ES Hydagent. This position is part of our staffing services—you will be employed by Professionals Nord and work as a consultant for 6 months. The intention is that you could eventually become directly employed by them, provided all parties are satisfied with the collaboration. ES Hydagent in Umeå has approximately 10 employees, including 3 assemblers who will be your closest colleagues. They now want to expand the team and are looking for an additional assembler who values good team spirit and having fun while maintaining high-quality work standards. Job Duties As an Assembler at ES Hydagent, you'll enjoy a varied and practical day-to-day role. You work with production planning and are responsible for starting production by assembling and joining components into finished products. The work also includes test runs, quality inspections, and handover to storage. The role is characterized by close collaboration where the team supports each other across different work tasks, creating a flexible and developmental work environment. Working hours are scheduled on weekdays between 07:00 and 16:00. What We're Looking For: We're looking for someone who enjoys working with tools and has a genuine interest in mechanics and hydraulics. It's a plus if you have some form of hydraulics training and/or have worked as an assembler, but it's not required for the position. We also view it positively if you have a forklift license. We believe your personal qualities are crucial to how well you'll thrive in this role. We're therefore looking for someone who is driven, takes initiative, and works carefully with a strong focus on quality. You can stay calm and prioritize even when the pace is high. Additionally, you're a positive team player who enjoys collaborating, contributes to good team spirit, and brings enthusiasm to the team.
