About the Position Professionals Nord is seeking an Assembler in collaboration with ES Hydagent. This assignment is part of our staffing services—you will be employed by Professionals Nord and work as a consultant for 6 months. The intention is that you could eventually be hired directly by them, provided all parties are satisfied with the collaboration. ES Hydagent in Umeå has approximately 10 employees, including 3 assemblers who will be your closest colleagues. They now want to expand the team and are looking for another assembler who values a good atmosphere and having fun while maintaining high-quality work standards. Responsibilities As an Assembler at ES Hydagent, you'll enjoy a varied and practical day-to-day role. You work with production planning and are responsible for starting production by assembling and joining components into a finished product. The work also includes test runs, quality inspections, and handoff to the warehouse. The role is characterized by close teamwork where the team helps each other across different work tasks, creating a flexible and development-oriented work environment. Working hours are scheduled for weekdays between 07:00 and 16:00. What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who enjoys working with your hands and has a genuine interest in mechanics and hydraulics. It's a plus if you have some form of hydraulics training and/or have worked as an assembler, but it's not required. We also see it as positive if you have a forklift license. We believe your personal qualities are key to how well you'll thrive in this role. We therefore see that you are driven, take initiative, and work carefully with a strong focus on quality. You have the ability to stay calm and prioritize even when the pace is high. Furthermore, you are a positive team player who enjoys collaborating, contributes to a good atmosphere, and brings enthusiasm to the team.
