About the Position As an assembler, you will work with assembly of components and products according to drawings, instructions, and established quality requirements. You will be an important part of production and collaborate with colleagues to ensure that work is performed efficiently and with high quality. Key Responsibilities Assemble components and products according to technical drawings and work instructions. Use hand tools and basic measuring equipment. Perform quality checks and functional tests. Document completed work according to applicable routines. Follow safety regulations and contribute to a safe work environment. Collaborate with colleagues and other functions to ensure efficient production flow. Contribute to organization, orderliness, and continuous improvement at the workplace. About You We are looking for someone who is meticulous, responsible, and practically minded. You have an easy time following instructions and work in a structured manner even when the pace is high. To succeed in this role, you need to be quality-conscious, have good collaboration skills, and be willing to ask questions when something is unclear. Formal Qualifications High school diploma, preferably in industrial, technical, or electrical studies. Experience with assembly, production, or similar practical work. Ability to read and understand basic technical drawings and instructions. Good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written. Basic computer skills. Additional Merits Experience working in manufacturing industry. Experience working with hand tools and measuring instruments. Forklift certification or overhead crane certification. Technical education or other relevant vocational training.
