Assembler at Nator Personal We are now looking for skilled and solution-oriented assemblers who want to join our team at Nator Personal. Today we are about 40 employees at Nator Personal working in construction and building. Working together with us should be straightforward. The Position As an assembler with us, you will work with various types of assembly and installations at our customers' locations. The tasks can vary depending on the project and customer, which means no two days need to be the same. We are looking especially for someone who is skilled, thorough, and solution-oriented. You need to be able to see what needs to be done and find a good solution even when things don't go exactly according to plan. If you have previously worked with solar panels, office furniture, storage solutions, or similar assembly work, that is a merit, but the most important thing is that you have practical skills and enjoy learning new things. Work is primarily located in the Stockholm area. You typically work Monday–Friday, 7–16, 40 hours per week. Start by agreement. Qualifications We believe you: Are skilled and have practical abilities Enjoy solving problems and finding practical solutions Can work independently and take personal responsibility Are thorough and take pride in the work you deliver Are positive and contribute to a good atmosphere in the workplace Enjoy customer contact and representing the company in a professional manner Have a Class B driver's license Have experience with assembly work, solar panels, storage solutions, or similar – a merit but not a requirement Communicate well in Swedish or English What matters most to us is that you are driven, reliable, and solution-oriented.
