Job Description We are seeking an experienced assembly manager to lead OpEx and CapEx projects for our clients in the process industry. In this role, you will lead assembly teams in client projects and drive operational excellence while maintaining the highest possible standards for quality and safety. Key Responsibilities: Lead and coordinate assembly work in clients' OpEx and CapEx projects to ensure efficient workflow and on-time project delivery Monitor and optimize resource allocation to meet project schedules and client requirements Monitor and maintain quality standards throughout the assembly process and take corrective actions as needed Ensure strict compliance with safety protocols, regulatory requirements, and client specifications in projects Train and develop team members in installation procedures, safety protocols, and project-specific best practices Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure project objectives are achieved and expectations are met Qualifications Documented experience as an assembly manager, production manager, or in a similar leadership position within the process industry Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams in a fast-paced industrial environment Solid understanding of quality control, safety regulations, and compliance requirements Strong organizational and planning skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks Good problem-solving ability and decisiveness Effective communication and strong collaboration skills with the ability to work cross-functionally Experience with equipment maintenance and troubleshooting Good knowledge of Swedish occupational health and safety regulations and industrial standards Additional Information We are looking for someone who wants to be part of AFRY's success story.
