In 2026, Prohoc established its Swedish service operations through the acquisition of the production and field service operations from Sumitomo SHI FW Energi AB in Norrköping. Today, the office in Norrköping serves as Prohoc's Swedish service base and is responsible for installation, commissioning, maintenance, and field service for customers primarily in the energy and process industries. Read more at https://prohoc.fi/sv/ Duties and Areas of Responsibility As Assembly Manager, you are responsible for planning, organizing, implementing, and following up on various service jobs at boiler facilities throughout Sweden. The work is conducted in close cooperation with a competent and experienced team of project managers, project support, engineers, and production staff. You are responsible for proper preparation and organization of the assembly site, coordinate the team, oversee work flows, ensure quality, and make sure schedules, budgets, and safety protocols are followed. You have clear responsibility for the work environment at the workplace and actively work to ensure that work is conducted safely in accordance with applicable safety requirements, procedures, and regulations. Safety is always the highest priority in the role and you are expected to set a good example in daily work. Part of the role also involves conducting inspections at customer facilities. The role does not include personnel management responsibility since assembly workers and welders are contracted from foreign and Swedish contractor companies, but in addition to leading their work, you are also expected to handle personnel matters that arise on site. Typically, each installation project takes approximately 2–3 weeks but varies between 1–4 weeks depending on scope. Since customers are located throughout Sweden, travel days are estimated at 50–150 days per year. Your place of residence is flexible within Sweden, but you should be prepared to be on-site in Norrköping when needed, for example before each new project, etc. Your Profile As a person, you are a motivating and engaged team leader with a strong desire to learn new things. You are outward-facing and visible, find it easy to collaborate with others, and are straightforward and clear in your communication. Furthermore, you invest considerable time and energy in achieving desired results, plan and organize your work in a realistic manner, and seek feedback from customers to develop our delivery. You have a strong safety mindset and view work environment as an integral part of successful leadership. You identify risks, act proactively, and take responsibility for creating a safe workplace where everyone follows agreed safety procedures. We will place great emphasis on your personal potential, but there are some specific experiences and knowledge that we, together with the customer, consider necessary and therefore requirements that you bring into the role. These are: High school diploma At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory position at a power plant, in industry, or in construction Good computer skills Ability to read and understand technical documentation Fluent Swedish, spoken and written Good knowledge of English, spoken and written Class B driver's license Apply Today!
