THE EDUCATION DEPARTMENT The Education Department works with a 1 to 19-year perspective and includes preschool, school, and after-school care. We work systematically and inclusively in our processes with a clear focus on children and students, which is one of the reasons for our good results in both preschool and school. NEWLY ARRIVED LEARNERS Newly Arrived Learners is a central operation that provides the municipality's primary schools with native language teachers and study mentors. 1 position(s). WORK DUTIES • Preparation, implementation, and follow-up of instruction • Work according to Lgr 22 • Assessment matrices • Grading • Scheduling • SEL work • Contact with guardians/school staff • Participation in staff meetings/evening conferences/network meetings • Management of various learning platforms, e.g., V-Klass, Schoolsoft • Access to internal staff information QUALIFICATIONS • Primary school teacher education • Certified native language teacher • Good knowledge of Swedish (spoken and written) • Class B driver's license and access to a car • Good IT skills • Experience with native language instruction is a merit Employment Type: Fixed-term employment.
