WORK RESPONSIBILITIES
As a native language teacher, you are responsible for planning, implementing, and developing instruction according to each student's prerequisites. The work involves working on-site at various schools in the municipality, which may mean you need to move between schools during the workday.
QUALIFICATIONS
Native language
• Good proficiency, both spoken and written, in the native language Somali
• Good proficiency, both spoken and written, in Swedish.
Meritorious competencies:
Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability. As a person, we are looking for someone who takes responsibility for their tasks, is good at building positive relationships, and works well with others. You are comfortable meeting with students individually and in groups, and you are flexible and responsive to others' needs.
• Certified native language teacher or authorized teacher
• Previous experience in native language instruction or study guidance
• Driver's license (Category B), as the position may involve travel between schools within the municipality.
Salary form: Monthly salary.
Employment form: Fixed-term employment.
Duration: 3-6 months, start date: By agreement, end date: 2026-12-22.
Working time: Holiday position
