Native Language Teacher and Study Counselor in Dari

The school is tasked with organizing native language instruction and academic support for students with a different native language while they learn Swedish. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES The role as a native language teacher involves teaching in the native language and grading. You plan and organize your instruction and evaluate to achieve good results. You collaborate with colleagues at the school. The role as a study counselor involves providing academic guidance to students whose native language is Dari. This can be organized in different ways, such as study sessions before class, during class, or after class. Together with teachers, you will determine what is best for each individual student. The position requires you to be physically present during work hours. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who has the ability to lead and motivate students in their learning. You have a strong interest in working with children and young people. Strong proficiency in Dari and Swedish is a requirement for the position. Strong proficiency in English is a merit. A pedagogical education and previous teaching experience are merits. Basic digital literacy is also considered a merit.
