Your Tasks You will work at one of our LSS residences in central Finspång or Doverstorp, where each unit has its own unique profile. We adapt communication to meet the individual's needs and circumstances. You do not need to know sign language from the start; as part of your introduction, you will receive sign language training as well as other training in areas such as low-arousal approaches, medication handling, and other relevant areas that give you the opportunity to develop and strengthen your competence. We give you a secure start, the right tools, and the opportunity to develop in your role—while making a difference in people's daily lives. You will be part of a work team where you collectively work to ensure that each individual has meaningful occupation and daily life. Your task is to provide support in the individual's daily life and support them based on their individual interests, wishes, and circumstances. You provide support in daily activities using a pedagogical approach. Daily work includes, among other things, support and guidance in personal care, mobility training, meals, medication management, hygiene routines, and support in social activities. You will be part of a committed work group where you collectively work to ensure that each individual has meaningful occupation and daily life. About You Completed upper secondary education is desirable, preferably in healthcare and social services or children and recreation. We also value experience in healthcare and social services as well as previous work with similar tasks. Knowledge of sign language and experience with LSS are desirable. As a person, you are committed and outgoing; you have an easy time collaborating and establishing and maintaining good relationships. You are secure and stable, with self-awareness and a flexible mindset. You are responsible, appreciate organization and order, and take initiative in your work. In our recruitment, we will place great emphasis on personal suitability. Computer skills are required as documentation is a recurring task. You must be able to read and communicate in Swedish to understand the information that forms the basis for your work. A Category B driver's license is required. Your working hours will include day, evening, and weekend shifts as well as night/sleeping on-call at certain units. A prerequisite for employment is that you can provide extracts from the criminal record and suspicion register. As part of our recruitment process, we use work psychology tests. Before employment, we will conduct a citizenship check. You need to be able to present a passport, national ID card, or certificate of identity.
