Charma is a rapidly growing GiftTech company in Linköping. We build technology-driven gift experiences for businesses and individuals – with a focus on smart workflows, strong user experience, and modern product development.
We're now looking for a new developer to join the team. This is a role for someone early in their career who wants to develop quickly alongside an experienced and technically strong team. We're looking for someone with a strong interest in programming today who enjoys building their own projects, testing new technology, and growing as a developer.
Your Role
You'll become part of our development team and work closely with product, design, and business. With us, you'll help build new features, improve existing solutions, and influence technical decisions early on. As a developer with us, you'll work across our B2B services (including Charma and Apprecio), our consumer products (including Swippy), and our internal tools.
The role is broad and suits you if you enjoy moving between frontend, backend, and product development.
You will, among other things:
Build features in our Next.js applications
Work with TypeScript, React, and modern web workflows
Develop APIs and integrations via Hasura and GraphQL
Contribute to our mobile app and internal dashboards
Work with AI-related features and smart automation
Contribute to discussions around performance and developer experience (DX)

About You
We believe you've recently graduated – or are graduating this summer – with a degree in, for example, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or IT Engineering, or a university program with a clear programming focus.
Above all, we believe you enjoy building things.
You may have programmed since you were younger, built your own projects in your spare time, or are the one who always tests new technologies and AI tools first. You're curious, enjoy problem-solving, and want to become really good at development.
We believe that you:
Have a genuine interest in programming and technology
Are driven and enjoy learning new things
Thrive in a team where people help each other and build together
Take initiative and want to develop quickly
Speak and write Swedish fluently
It's a plus if you have:
Experience with React, TypeScript, or Node.js
Built your own projects or apps
Experience with Linux, Docker, or other DevOps work from your own projects or studies
Interest in AI and modern product development
Personality, potential, and willingness to develop carry significant weight with us.
