The company is in constant development and is now seeking a Software Project Manager. You will be responsible for the interface between their internal software teams and customer projects. Your task is to ensure that deliveries are made on time, with the right functionality and within the financial framework.
Key responsibilities include:
coordinate and monitor team work in relation to project plans,
ensure that budget and timeline are met,
work with project management tools for sprint and quarterly planning,
prepare reports, statistics and materials for follow-ups.
Our development teams work independently with requirements, design, implementation and testing of software. Your role will be to create structure and overview so that the whole works and the final result meets customers' needs.
Your Profile
We are looking for you with a technical background, for example as a college or civil engineer, or equivalent experience. We believe that you have worked for a few years as a sub-project manager, assistant project manager or scrum master and now want to take the next step in your career.
To succeed in the role, we believe you are:
Structured and accustomed to creating order even in complex project environments
Communicative and enjoy collaborating with different functions
Solution-oriented and action-oriented – a person who gets things done
Comfortable communicating in both Swedish and English, verbally and in writing
Previous experience in software development is an advantage but not a requirement – what matters is that you can understand the big picture and create conditions for progress.

The position is security-classified and requires that you undergo and are approved according to applicable security protection regulations. For certain security-classified positions, Swedish citizenship may also be required.
Start date: By agreement
Scope: Full-time
Location: Work takes place from the office
