Sales Associate for Art Gallery in Malmö – On-call Part-time Position
Are you an experienced and driven sales professional who thrives in customer interactions and enjoys closing deals? We are seeking a sales associate for our art gallery located in central Malmö on an on-call part-time basis.
We are looking for someone who is confident in sales, skilled at building trust and long-term customer relationships, and comfortable working independently. You will meet with customers, identify their needs, present appropriate artwork, and drive sales forward.
We are looking for you if you:
- Have experience in personal sales, customer service, and customer relations
- Are social, professional, and results-oriented
- Are self-motivated, responsible, and flexible
- Are flexible with working hours and can step in as needed
- Speak Swedish very well and have good English
- Have an interest in art, design, or premium/infrequently purchased goods – a plus

About the Position
Employment Type: On-call Part-time
Work Location: Södra Tullgatan 3, central Malmö
Working hours vary according to business needs.
For the right candidate, there is the possibility of a recurring schedule of two days per week, which provides the opportunity to come in regularly and learn the gallery's various tasks.
During vacations and sick leave, work may periodically involve full-time hours, and during events, openings, and periods of higher customer traffic, additional shifts may occur. It is therefore important that you are flexible and can adapt your working hours to meet business needs.
