Sales Associate for art gallery in Malmö – hourly position as needed
Are you an experienced and driven salesperson who enjoys meeting customers and loves closing deals? We are looking for a sales associate for hourly work as needed at our art gallery in central Malmö.
We are looking for someone who is confident in sales, skilled at building trust and long-term customer relationships, and comfortable working independently. You will meet with customers, identify their needs, present the right art, and drive sales forward.
We are looking for you who
Have experience in personal sales, customer service, and customer relations.
Are social, professional, and results-oriented.
Are self-motivated, responsible, and flexible.
Are flexible with working hours and available to step in as needed.
Speak Swedish very well and have good English.
Have an interest in art, design, or premium/specialty goods – a plus.

About the position
Employment type: Hourly position as needed
Workplace: Södra Tullgatan 3, central Malmö
Working hours vary based on business needs.
For the right candidate, there is an opportunity for a recurring work schedule, for example two mornings during week I and two afternoons during week II, which gives you the opportunity to come in regularly and learn the gallery's various tasks.
During vacation and sick leave, the work can periodically involve full-time hours, and during events, openings, and high customer traffic, additional shifts may occur. It is therefore important that you are flexible and can adapt your working hours to the business's needs.
