Mio is seeking a customer service representative for the service office in Tibro As a member of our customer service team, you will receive phone calls, emails, and chat messages from Mio customers. You'll become part of a team with the goal of exceeding our customers' expectations! Knowledge, service, and a personal touch are qualities we truly value. Your primary task is to deliver world-class service and customer interactions. You will, among other things, answer questions related to sales, Mio's product range, deliveries, and after-sales service. We're looking for someone who: • is service-oriented and has excellent interpersonal skills • has the ability to understand customer needs • has an interest in furniture and interior design with a sense for color, form, and style • has good computer skills and is able to handle stress • enjoys collaborating but can also work independently • has previous experience in customer service, sales, reception, or similar roles Working Hours: We are open weekdays 09:00–18:00 The position is 80% with an irregular schedule distributed across weekdays.
