About the Position We at Ohlssons are looking for an Environmental Worker / Waste Management Driver with a Class C driver's license for our waste management operations in Osby. In this role, you'll have a varied workday in the field, doing meaningful work that contributes to a sustainable future. Your main responsibilities will be collecting household waste according to planned routes using our rear-loading trucks (2-chamber, 3-chamber, and 4-chamber / residential vehicles). It's important that you are thorough to ensure all containers are emptied, and that you take responsibility for performing the work safely and securely. You are an important ambassador for Ohlssons, meeting many customers, which is why it's essential that you have a positive demeanor and enjoy providing excellent service. We're looking for someone who has: Class C driver's license. Valid YKB (Driver Training Certificate). Experience as a professional driver; experience in the waste management industry is a plus. Basic IT skills. Good ability to communicate in Swedish. To succeed in this role, we believe you are: Responsible, thorough, and well-organized. Independent and skilled at problem-solving.
