The airport also hosts approximately 15 different aviation-related businesses. Together, we employ approximately 150 people in connection with the airport. For us, safety is always the highest priority, above commercial, operational, environmental, or social requirements. Safety prioritization permeates the entire airport's operations and preventive safety work. At Norrköping Airport, we constantly strive to improve our sustainability efforts. Environmental considerations should characterize every part of the operation and its decisions. We are proud that the majority of our operations today are fossil-free, and we continuously work to minimize emissions both on the ground and in the air. Our goal is to be fossil-free by 2023 and prepare new infrastructure for alternative fuels in the future (hydrogen, electricity, other). The position is partly newly created, which means that you who take on this challenge have the opportunity to shape the content to some extent. The role is broad and your responsibilities include, in addition to environmental and quality work, project management, shorter investigation assignments and quality review of cases, as well as other administrative matters such as memos, documentation, minutes, organizing meetings, coordinating contacts and presentations. As an environment and management coordinator, you are expected to be proactive and stay ahead to see and prioritize what needs to be done. Your function is part of the management staff and your direct manager is the airport's CEO. Who are you? You have a higher education degree or other relevant education for the position. You have some experience working in quality and environmental areas, preferably from an organization with high safety requirements. Experience with ISO 9001 and 14001 is meritorious. It would be advantageous if you have experience leading projects and quality improvement initiatives.
