As an environment and quality coordinator, you'll be part of the environment and quality function, working closely with the company's environment and quality manager. Main Responsibilities As an environment and quality coordinator, you'll work broadly to support operations on matters related to environment, quality, occupational health, sustainability, and food safety. The role is primarily office-based and involves a significant amount of administration, documentation, follow-up, and analysis. You'll work closely with the environment and quality manager and serve as support to operations on matters concerning regulations, processes, and routines. An important part of the role is to collect and compile information, follow up on key metrics, and ensure that work methods and documentation maintain high quality. The role develops over time and gives you the opportunity to progressively take on greater responsibility in audit work and various development initiatives. Examples of tasks: Collect, compile, and analyze statistics and operational data. Work with management systems, processes, and routines. Follow up on environmental, quality, and occupational health matters. Monitor and interpret legislation and communicate changes to operations. Prepare reports, decision-making materials, and training materials. Support operations with questions regarding documentation, routines, and regulations. Participate in internal and external audits. Education, Experience, and Personal Qualities Requirements Experience with administrative work Strong Swedish and English language skills, both spoken and written Good IT skills and experience with the Office package B-class driver's license Meritorious Experience with quality, environmental, or occupational health work Experience from the food industry Danish language skills We believe you are someone who enjoys structure and gets energy from creating order and clarity.
