Your Tasks
Your work tasks may include:
MIG, MAG, and TIG welding of various materials and structures
Reading and interpreting drawings, welding instructions, and work descriptions
Preparing material for welding, such as cutting, grinding, cleaning, and joint preparation
Adjusting and calibrating welding equipment according to material, dimensions, and welding method
Welding parts and structures according to specified measurements and tolerances
Inspecting welds and performing quality control checks
Post-processing welded parts through grinding and cleaning
Working with various types of steel, stainless steel, and aluminum
Performing simple measurements and inspections with relevant measuring tools
Following drawings, safety regulations, and quality requirements
Responsibility for keeping the workplace clean and safe
Collaborating with colleagues in production and other departments
Your Profile
We are looking for someone with recent welding training or who is already working as a welder today, but who wants to develop and take on more responsibility. We believe you are a person who enjoys taking responsibility, maintains high quality, and likes to take own initiative when you see that something can be improved. You are reliable, work in a structured manner, and enjoy an environment where people help each other and where ego doesn't stand in the way of doing truly good work together.
You should be able to read drawings and plan your work independently (MIG/MAG and TIG). Forklift and overhead crane certification as well as computer skills are advantageous.
The work can be performed as piece production and series production, depending on the company's needs. Accuracy, quality awareness, and the ability to work independently are important qualities in this role.
