Job Responsibilities We are seeking an employee for our client located just outside Falkenberg. This is a combined role as Welder/Painter where work is distributed approximately 50/50 between welding and painting. Working hours are during daytime, Monday-Friday. Welding As a welder, you will work on the manufacturing of sheet metal products where MIG welding is the primary method. You will be part of our welding team and work closely with our two current welders. The role also involves functioning as an important resource and backup in the operation. Painting In the painting department, you are responsible for several steps in the process to ensure high quality of our finished products. Work tasks include: - Washing products in a spray wash system - Grinding and filling - Painting in our wet paint facility - Maintenance and care of equipment, including filter changes and equipment maintenance You work closely with our current painter and contribute to maintaining efficient production and high quality standards. Background and Personal Qualities We are looking for someone with welding training or documented welding experience, preferably with MIG welding experience. You have good blueprint reading skills and feel confident working independently while appreciating collaboration with colleagues. As a person, you are: - Responsible and thorough - Practically minded and quality-conscious - Flexible and willing to work on various tasks - A team player who contributes to a positive work environment - Proactive and engaged in maintaining order and ensuring that equipment and workspace function well If you have previous experience in painting or surface treatment, this is a merit, but we place great emphasis on your willingness to learn and develop in the role.
