Job Responsibilities The Operations Division Northeast/Southwest in the Department of Functional Support is growing, and in January the Southwest operational area will be expanded with an additional management team. Southwest 1 is therefore seeking a methodology developer to quality-assure and develop work methods within housing with special services. Since we envision close collaboration with the methodology developers in Southwest 2, 3, and 4, the assignment will also include work related to residential support and daily activities. You will work together with three other methodology developers and two operations developers. You work on behalf of the operations manager and will provide support to unit managers and support educators. The work encompasses both strategic and operational levels. Your work involves implementing methods based on evidence-based practice and theory. Your assignment has a clear user perspective but also a holistic perspective where you facilitate collaboration with other actors internally and externally. Methodology developers must monitor the external environment and disseminate knowledge throughout the organization. You will support, train, and provide methodological guidance to staff members. Part of your work includes work on social documentation, including quality-assuring and conducting self-inspections. The assignment includes quality-assuring operations based on the mandate and applicable legislation. You maintain networks for support educators in the area and participate in a network for methodology developers in the city. Together with the unit manager, you participate in planning and starting new operations. You are also part of the placement process for Housing with Special Services in the city area. It is desirable that the education has a pedagogical or social orientation. Since the role involves coaching and guiding your colleagues, you need to have good knowledge of the work methods MI, ESL, LAB, and IBIC, as well as social documentation. We would like you to also have knowledge of SIP and care coordination, as well as welfare technology and digital aids. It is a merit if you have previous experience working with methodology development or methodology coaching, as well as working with the target group.
