As a methodology advisor to case workers who exercise authority under the Social Services Act, the LSS Act, and the LVM Act, you will have a key role in developing social services' work so that more adults receive high-quality support. Here you combine methodology, quality, and heart, and you make a real difference every day. About the role In this role, you will become a central support person for employees who exercise authority based on evidence, legislation, case law, and the authority's guidelines. You contribute to developing and maintaining working methods, routines, and procedures so that interventions are targeted, lawful, and sustainable – both for the individual and society. You work both independently and in a team, close to your manager and colleagues. • Support and guide case workers on methodology questions and working methods in daily work • Contribute to developing, implementing, and following up on routines, processes, and working methods • Implement and drive decided processes forward • Hold or coordinate training sessions, workshops, and methodology meetings • Introduce new employees to the work group • Follow up on quality, documentation, and legal security and suggest improvements • Keep track of legislation, guidelines, and research within the Support for Adults area • Provide methodology support in complex cases, together with your manager and colleagues • Maintain close collaboration with the unit manager who leads and distributes the work Qualifications - Who you are You thrive in a role where you both get to deepen your expertise in methodology and at the same time stay close to operations. Great importance will be placed on collaboration skills and personal maturity. • Relevant university degree, social work degree, or equivalent education that the employer deems appropriate • At least 3 years of experience working in social services, preferably with adult target groups • Meritorious if you have experience working with both authority exercise and as a provider for assistance-assessed interventions, such as treatment provider • Experience of working based on methods such as IBIC and/or BBIC, Signs of Safety • Good knowledge of social services legislation • Experience working with documentation, quality, and development issues • Ability to lead meetings, conduct briefings, and create dialogue • Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing and the ability to express yourself clearly and understandably • B-class driver's license is a requirement Why you want to work with us With us you get to work in a public sector organization where the mission is clear: we will create welfare, strengthen quality of life, and contribute to sustainable societal development.
