We at Aleva are now recruiting temporary staff for our home care services. The work gives you great freedom – you can take work shifts when it suits you. With offices in Mariedal, Backen, Nordmaling, and Holmsund, we can offer you great flexibility and the opportunity to work where it suits you best. Who are you? We're looking for someone with previous experience working in healthcare and care services. You are positive, responsible, have a warm approach, and enjoy taking personal responsibility and building relationships. Qualifications Swedish B-class driver's license when you start your employment. Scope and start date The employment is a temporary hourly position, which means flexibility to take shifts according to needs and agreement. We prefer that you can work at least 6-7 shifts/month Working hours are scheduled for day, evening, and weekends. Training and orientation will be provided at the start. You work or have worked in healthcare/care services and feel confident in your role. We work continuously with knowledge transfer and experience exchange within our teams, and you enjoy being a role model for colleagues with less experience. Why Aleva?
